Receive tender invitations by SMS

When a seller in a suburb you service picks you from their report, you'll get an SMS with a short link. The link takes you to the property details, the seller's report, and the tender form.

Submit your tender — free

Propose your commission, marketing spend, sale methods, time-to-market and strategy. Only the inviting seller sees it. We pre-fill from your last tender to save typing.

Seller picks a winner

If you're chosen, the seller contacts you directly. You book an inspection, agree a price, and sign an exclusive selling agreement like any other listing.

$950 + GST success fee

Payable only if you (or your agency) sign an exclusive selling agreement with the seller within 90 days of your tender being accepted. We don't hold payment details on file — you receive a tax invoice with our bank details, payable by EFT within 7 days. See the Terms of Service for the full picture.

Eligibility. Registration is open to licensed Australian real estate agents (or persons authorised under a principal's licence). By registering you confirm your licence is current and you'll honour the terms of any tender you submit. We primarily serve the ACT; interstate agents can still register and will receive invitations if a seller in their area uses the platform.
